Privacy and personal data notice

This notice explains how we process personal data on our website under Article 10 of Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). The Turkish version is legally binding.
Data controller

Data we collect and how
The contact form collects your name, email address and message, and, if you choose to give them, your company, phone number and topic. Resend delivers the form contents by email to letstalk@mas-pharma.com.
Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic technical data sent by your browser to serve the website and protect the form with its Turnstile bot check.
Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, measures website use. If you accept analytics cookies, it collects usage data such as the pages you visit. If you do not, it sets no cookies and Google receives only cookie-free signals, such as the page, time and browser type, which it uses to estimate overall site use.
Data is collected electronically through the form and email, and automatically through website use and Google Analytics as described above. The site has no accounts, newsletter subscriptions or payments.
Purposes and legal grounds
- Answering general enquiries and corresponding with you: processing necessary for our legitimate interest in handling requests, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (KVKK Article 5/2-f).
- Handling requests directly related to entering into or performing a contract with you: processing the data necessary for that purpose (Article 5/2-c).
- Serving the website, protecting the form from spam and bots, and remembering your cookie choice: processing necessary for our legitimate interests in secure operation and respecting your choice, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (Article 5/2-f).
- Measuring website use with analytics cookies: your explicit consent (Article 5/1).
- Cookie-free measurement when analytics cookies are not accepted: processing necessary for our legitimate interest in understanding overall site use, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (Article 5/2-f).
- Keeping relevant records where a legal retention duty arises (Article 5/2-ç), or where necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right (Article 5/2-e).
Transfers outside Türkiye
Resend, Cloudflare and Google may process personal data on servers outside Türkiye. Such transfers are made only as permitted by KVKK Article 9, on a valid legal ground and with the safeguards it requires, such as the standard contracts published by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Retention and deletion
Contact records are kept only as long as needed to assess and answer your request. If a legal retention duty applies, or records are necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right, only the relevant records are kept for the required period.
Technical data is retained only as long as needed to serve and secure the site. Analytics data is retained for the period set in Google Analytics 4, limited to what is needed to measure website use.
When the reasons for processing no longer apply, personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised under KVKK Article 7.
Your rights under KVKK
Under Article 11, you have the right to:
- Learn whether we process your personal data and request information about that processing.
- Learn its purpose and whether your data is used in line with that purpose.
- Learn which third parties receive your data in Türkiye or abroad.
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
- Request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions in Article 7.
- Request that recipients be notified of corrections, deletion or destruction.
- Object to an adverse result arising from analysis solely by automated systems.
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
How to make a request
Email your request to letstalk@mas-pharma.com from an email address you previously provided to us and that is registered in our system. You may also send a request signed with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature to this address.
You can also send a signed written request to Mimar Sinan Mah. Fatih Sultan Mehmet Cad. No: 6/93, 34570 Silivri / İstanbul, Türkiye, or through registered electronic mail (KEP). Our email address above is not a KEP address.
Include your first and last name, your request, and your home or work address for correspondence. Turkish citizens must include their Turkish identity number; foreign nationals must include their nationality and passport number or identity number, if any. Include your email address, telephone and fax numbers for notification, if available, and relevant information and documents. Written requests must be signed.
We resolve requests as soon as possible and within 30 days. We reply in writing or electronically and explain any refusal. Requests are free. If processing a request creates extra costs, only the tariff in the Communiqué applies. Any fee is refunded if our error caused the request.
Updates to this notice
When our data practices change, we update this notice and its revision date.
