If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Mas Pharma, you can return the products, provided they are unused, along with the invoice. There is no exchange option for our products. In case of a return, Mas Pharma provides free shipping. You can send your unopened/unused product back to us within 14 days of creating a return request from your order, via Aras Cargo, along with the Aras Cargo return code mentioned below, at the sender’s expense. Returned products are examined once they reach the return center. After it is confirmed that there is no issue preventing the return of the products, the necessary process for a refund is carried out. Refunds cannot be processed before the product reaches the return center and is examined.

For your order to be returned, the product’s invoice must be sent to the return center along with the returned product, and the product must be unused. Used products are not accepted for return due to personal hygiene rules.

STEP 1
Carefully package the products in the original shipping box along with the invoice to prevent damage during shipping. For your own security and for quick delivery of your product, we recommend tracking your return package with a signed waybill and tracking code. Ship to the return center address.

Refund Process
After your returned product reaches our return center, it is examined and approval for the return of unopened products is granted. The refund is processed the next business day and reflected in your bank account within 5-7 business days.
CONSUMERS have the right to withdraw from the Distance Sales Contract they signed with the SELLER within 14 (fourteen) days without stating any reason and without paying a penalty. The withdrawal period starts on the day the contract is concluded for service contracts, and for goods delivery contracts, it starts on the day the CONSUMER or a third party designated by the CONSUMER receives the goods. CONSUMERS cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following contracts:
– Contracts for goods or services whose price is dependent on fluctuations in the financial market and is not under the control of the SELLER or supplier.
– Contracts for goods prepared according to the CONSUMER’s wishes or personal needs.
– Contracts for the delivery of perishable goods or goods that may pass their expiration date.
– Contracts for goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; those not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons.
– Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
– Contracts for physical books, digital content, and computer consumables whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery.
– Contracts for periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except those provided under a subscription agreement.
– Contracts for services that need to be performed on a specific date or period, such as accommodation, goods transport, car rental, catering, and services provided for leisure or relaxation.
– Contracts for services performed instantly in an electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the CONSUMER.
