The company is not liable for any claims arising from incorrect or outdated information provided in your requests or unauthorized applications. You bear all responsibility for legal or regulatory non-compliant, misleading, or incorrect applications. For applications exceeding 10 pages under the Communiqué on Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, a transaction fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be applied for each page beyond the 10th.
